Join Our Dynamic Team in Lisbon!

As a Dutch Customer Support Representative, you'll be the friendly voice of our brand, assisting our Dutch-speaking customers with their queries and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

YOUR TASKS
You will answer the Clients questions, via email or phone call.
You must work on continuous improvement for the clients satisfaction.

YOUR PROFILE
Native or Fluent Dutch (mandatory) Fluent English (B2)
Experience in Customer Support (preferable).

WHAT WE OFFER
Schedule Monday to Saturday (0800H to 1800H - Rotative 8h shifts)
Directly contract with the client.
Base Salary 1100 (x14 months)
Meal Allowance 7,23 (per day)
Performance Bonus 100 (x12 months)
Complexity Bonus 100 (x11 months)
Transport Allowance 20 (per month)
Health Insurance since the 1st day
RELOCATION PACKAGE OFFERED
